Shipping Policy

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary express shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $149. This includes to including to P.O Boxes.

For orders under $149, our standard shipping is $12 and express shipping is $15.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Each purchase is special, and we pour our heart into each order which is made fresh and packaged in small quantities. This may mean that we take up to 3 business days to prepare your order. Please reach out to us if you need your order faster and we will assist where we can.

How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order to your nominated email address. We will email you again with your shipping and tracking details once your order has been prepared and shipped. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email theconsciouskindau@gmail.com

Do you ship internationally?
We hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you are overseas and wish to place an order, contact us at theconsciouskindau@gmail.com where our team will see if we can assist with an overseas delivery.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
No. Orders are sent via Australia Post with authority to leave in a safe place. If you require signature on delivery, please email us at theconsciouskindau@gmail.com as soon as you place your order to ensure we add this when booking your parcel with Australia Post. Additional charges may apply.


Changes or cancelling your order. 

If there is an issue with your order or you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately if your parcel has already fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


Damages and losses

We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect address and we are not liable for any losses associated. If your parcel is redirected back to us due to incomplete or incorrect details supplied by you, you will be notified via email and it will be your responsibility to pay subsequent postage costs to repost your parcel.


If damage occurs during transit please contact us via Instagram or our Contact Us page via our website within 12 hours of your order being delivered.

We are unable to provide refunds on packages that are lost in transit, stolen or damaged directly. This is handled via Australia Post

The Conscious Kind By Emma-Chloe will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays by Australia Post or any other third party shipping provider we use to deliver your order. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products which are handmade in small batches as your order comes through, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or opened products. 

If your order arrives damages or is incorrect, we may offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please email us at theconsciouskindau@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order arriving, along with a copy of your order number and photos of the damage / incorrect item. Please include your full name, address, email and contact number.

Store credits, replacements and refunds will be issued at the discretion of The Conscious Kind By Emma-Chloe.

 Please note once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Australia Post directly via auspostcom.au.
